Dr. Guangrong Qin is interested in statistics and machine learning, especially in the field of biology and medical research. She is also interested in integrating multiple omics data (genomic, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) to understand the states of samples (in different levels, including patient level, cell line level and single cell level) and their association with drug response.
